Extreme sports are more popular than ever, prompting questions about legal liability
Extreme sports are more popular than ever, prompting questions about legal liability. Tough to find liability here. I do see how the argument could be made that "deliberate" activity beyond the pale may give rise to a theory of liability. It will be hard to sell that to a jury, especially in North Carolina where we have contributory negligence. If you are in any way at fault, absent last clear chance, you can't recover.
