Aereo loses copyright challenge; its Internet TV service violates copyright law, SCOTUS says

Aereo loses copyright challenge; its Internet TV service violates copyright law, SCOTUS says.  Sounds like copyright infringement to me.  They are streaming content, and that content can be recorded.  Presumably it can be redistributed without permission.  How is this not copyright infringement?  I don't care about how it affects the free market because the free market doesn't allow you to violate federal law.
