LSAC to pay $7.73M, change LSAT policies in settlement of ADA suit
LSAC to pay $7.73M, change LSAT policies in settlement of ADA suit. Great job DOJ. This was the right move. LSAT scores should not be flagged for individuals who took the test with extra time. Doing so results in a discriminatory impact. DOJ was correct to push this and obtain the settlement. The settlement will make the law more fair.
