After blogger outcry, legal publisher changes policy on required return of hard-copy casebooks
After blogger outcry, legal publisher changes policy on required return of hard-copy casebooks. This is because no one wants to buy their books. I can't believe they would require students to return their property books--how ironic. Who would want a property book? I would, however, keep the book because some idiot publisher asked me to return it. Perhaps students could send a feoffment (clump of dirt) to the publisher instead. It wouldn't be a feoffment with livery of seisin though.
