SCOTUS upholds Michigan's affirmative-action ban for college admissions

SCOTUS upholds Michigan's affirmative-action ban for college admissions.  This is a disappointment, but it isn't surprising given this conservative activist court; Justice Breyer does surprise me, however.  SCOTUS gutted the Voting Rights Act of 1965.  Why not affirmative action too?  They did away with money limits on financial contributions to political candidates.  They think corporations are people in the constitutional sense.  What's next?
