Posthumous pardon denied for man executed for arson deaths; lawyers had cited new evidence

Posthumous pardon denied for man executed for arson deaths; lawyers had cited new evidence.  This is absurd.  The evidence in this case was deeply flawed.  This guy should have never been tried let alone convicted and executed.  It is especially troubling the parole board didn't grant him a pardon posthumously in spite of the ample evidence that HE DIDN'T DO IT.
