'Mom does what I say or mom gets the fist,' testifies paralyzed son at her attempted-murder trial
'Mom does what I say or mom gets the fist,' testifies paralyzed son at her attempted-murder trial. God Florida is a cesspool, other than Miami that is. I'm not sure if the mother was justified in her actions, but her son's testimony certainly helps her. A technical point: when a crime is committed against a person, it is deemed committed against the state. It is an affront to the state. That's why the prosecution represents the "people," although the "peoples'" needs are not often served. It is the ultimate legal fiction.
