Lawyer gets 10 years in double-billing case
Lawyer gets 10 years in double-billing case. $600,000 is a lot to be made for indigent work over a three year span. The forgery of fee petitions is the worst part. Forging a judge's signature? It doesn't get more stupid. 10 years is a lot of time though, especially considering people who shoot people to death don't often get this time.
