Judge axes first law firm filing over missing Malaysia Air flight. Kind of hard to maintain a premature lawsuit that requires you must not be able to locate the defendant in order to file the lawsuit when the lawsuit names a defendant. Apparently this firm is notorious for these kinds of lawsuits. Sounds like it got them in trouble here. Obviously, they are headlined on the ABA's website.
