Insurer sues Chicago and surrounding towns over 'geysers of sewer water' in policyholders' homes
Insurer sues Chicago and surrounding towns over 'geysers of sewer water' in policyholders' homes. Wow!! An insurance company accusing an entity of being dishonest. That's the "pot calling the kettle black." Having dealt with insurance companies, I am not quite sure what they do that's all that useful when it comes to property and casualty insurance as they are often so stringent on their claims. They love to play the 'whipped dog' when they essentially print money by not having to pay out much, if anything, on claims. The average insured recoups 1/10 of the value of his case if he doesn't have a lawyer. Think about that.
