NSA tells ABA it is 'firmly committed' to rule of law and 'bedrock' attorney-client privilege
NSA tells ABA it is 'firmly committed' to rule of law and 'bedrock' attorney-client privilege. Of course the NSA spies on people. I don't like it, but it is necessary. We do not live in a world of absolute right to privacy. I feel confident we have always been spied on, but electronic surveillance is much easier to conduct than traditional spying, so now we have more spying. So-called "data-mining" is here to stay. Unfortunately it is the price of freedom. It is a question of degree and who the NSA is spying on.
