The agile lawyer will rise as permanent, full-time, salaried employment vanishes - ABA Journal

The agile lawyer will rise as permanent, full-time, salaried employment vanishes - ABA Journal.  Insightful article.  Law firms are changing.  They are dinosaurs because the idea of permanent legal arrangements is less prevalent, and there is more of a shift to transactional relationships.  These transactions are cheaper and more limited in scope.  This is known as "unbundling of legal services," and it has been embraced by lawyers such as Stephanie Kimbro, a fellow NC attorney.
