Steelworkers not entitled to compensation for time spent donning protective gear, SCOTUS rules

Steelworkers not entitled to compensation for time spent donning protective gear, SCOTUS rules.  Interesting ruling from the Court's minimalist (except for when it suits him) strict constructionist, Justice Scalia.  Clearly this ruling is anti-worker, and that's not surprising given the majority's disdain for workers.  They prefer corporations ("people" in their minds) more.
