Should child-porn viewers be liable for full restitution to victims? SCOTUS considers case this week

Should child-porn viewers be liable for full restitution to victims? SCOTUS considers case this week. Of course they should.  Obviously most felons won't be able to pay or will be long dead, but it sends a message: this isn't acceptable.  I'm not sure if it is a deterrent because the molesters will do it anyway; it is cathartic for the victims because it is an acknowledgement by the state that a crime was committed.
