Parking-dibs tradition becomes a federal case in Chicago
Parking-dibs tradition becomes a federal case in Chicago. This is a funny story. I can understand the claiming of coveted parking spaces through custom. Sometimes customs are more powerful than laws. The police were extreme to follow this guy in his apartment and attack him. I'm surprised the lawsuit wasn't settled for more money than $20,000.
