Misguided Italian Appeals Court finds Amanda Knox guilty
Idiots. We have double jeopardy in this country, but they don't have it in Italy. I love Rome and Roman history, but I can't say I'm fond of the Italian judicial system where you can be tried ad infinitum. I am unsure if Knox committed murder or conspired to commit murder, but I value double jeopardy. Josef K could relate to Knox's treatment. So Kafkaesque. Of course, Josef K was actually innocent. I'm not sure if Knox is innocent. I just know she is not guilty.
