Judge OKs subpoena requiring NJ gov's appointee to testify about traffic-jam scandal; he takes 5th

Judge OKs subpoena requiring NJ gov's appointee to testify about traffic-jam scandal; he takes 5th.  From a legal standpoint, the Governor won't say he's sorry because that would be an admission of fault.  Likewise, he left himself plausible deniability because he had no actual knowledge, although he likely had constructive notice.  These subpoenas should yield interesting and informative documents.  I predict a plethora of motions to quash.
