Judge mulls retrial in case of 14-year-old black youth tried and executed in 1944
Judge mulls retrial in case of 14-year-old black youth tried and executed in 1944. They should retry this case. South Carolina has a whole lot of explaining to do. I think it would improve the state's image, but maybe they are fine with their image. Kind of hard to argue a state is progressing when all of their resorts are called "plantations." And whose smiling faces and beautiful places are they talking about? Makes you wonder doesn't it?
