Happy lawyers do these things, expert says

Happy lawyers do these things, expert says.  Some say a happy lawyer is an oxymoron, and maybe it is.  I do agree exercise helps your outlook.  Being a lawyer is a stressful job, and getting exercise helps 1) relieve stress, 2) make you healthier physically, and 3) it releases chemicals in your brain that put you in a better mood.
