Going to meet with FEMA rep in Raleigh to discuss disaster legal services progress for April NC storms

I am heading to Raleigh to meet with the local FEMA rep regarding the the NCBA's disaster legal services project for the April NC tornado. Because I am the NC rep to the ABA YLD I oversee disaster legal services. FEMA and the ABA work together to provide disaster legal seervices in the event of a declared state of emergency. Disaster legal services are instituted at some point after the President declares a state of emergency.
